Hello and welcome to my site, Ewen Munro Photography.
Based in beautiful Argyll, I am fortunate to be surrounded by dramatic mountains, spectacular coastline, some of the most awesome lochs in Scotland and bonus......all of these locations are inhabited by splendid wildlife.
Add to this natural beauty, historic and ancient castles, island-bound ferries and boats, and of course, a most special light, and you have some amazing photographic opportunities.
I hope you enjoy my images. Most are available to order as framed prints, mounted prints and photo cards. If you would like to know more please make an enquiry through the 'contact' page. Do take the time to note your comments in the guestbook, particularly if you see images you like.
For now, enjoy.
Ewen

Dratsie is the old Scottish name for an otter.
Around the west coast of Scotland, we have otters that consistently hunt by the coast. These magnificent creatures are dependent on the tides in order to hunt hence they may be seen at any time of day.
The west coast of Scotland and the ALBA ARCHIPELAGOS have a much higher population of otters than in the rest of the UK.
