'ALBA ARCHIPELAGOS' (Contains 79 photos) ALBA-The Scots Gaelic name for Scotland ARCHIPELAGO- An island group or island chain	'DRATSIE' (AKA Otters) (Contains 30 photos) Dratsie is the old Scottish name for an otter. Around the west coast of Scotland, we have otters that consistently hunt by the coast. These magnificent creatures are dependent on the tides in order to hunt hence they may be seen at any time of day. The west coast of Scotland and the ALBA ARCHIPELAGOS have a much higher population of otters than in the rest of the UK.
'BEASTIES' of all shapes & sizes (Contains 14 photos) 'Beasties' come in all shapes & sizes. Some fly, some swim, some snort, some climb......all are fascinating!	'BEAKS & BILLS' (Contains 69 photos) From the smallest of wren to the 'barn door' wings scale of the White-tailed Eagle, the creatures who possess the 'Beaks & Bills' hold a fascination for many, through their trmendous colours, varieties and abilities.
